Note - If you have the new Real Player, you can even download this clip and have Johnny as a permanent fixture in your home. Heck, if you are halfway computer literate -- you could even put him on your desktop and use his likeness/image as a screen saver.

* I have been known to do this on occasion, and frequently change my screen savers or "wallpaper/background". As a matter of fact I used Cosells likeness once - and honest to god - was infected with a desktop virus the very next day.

Good stuff indeed. Bizzy has been singing your praises for some time now and enlightened me on your resume, boxing knowledge and your pedigree in the sport. And it is about time he posted the video he has been promising for some time now. It is indeed an honor to have your input and your wisdom available to learn from. I dont mean to sound like an Ass kisser. But it is not everyday that one can interact, let alone get the inside skinny and experience from someone of any sport, or profession for that matter.

Thats just my humble and sincere opinion folks.
